• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

• Written approval is required for any variations to the original scope

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are Net 7 days unless otherwise specified
• A deposit may be required before commencement of work
• Progress payments may be required for large projects
• Interest may be charged on overdue accounts

Work Performance

• Site access and working conditions must be suitable for safe operations

Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before work commences. We will assist with permit applications but cannot guarantee approval timelines.
