These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Gabrielle's Demolition & Excavation Pty Ltd (ABN 89 095 124 119), trading as Gabrael House Demolition. Using the website means you accept them.

The prices on this website are indicative ranges in Australian dollars to help you plan. They are not a quote. We confirm the scope, inclusions, external fees and price in a written quote after a free site assessment.

The information about approvals, asbestos and other requirements is general. Your council, certifier or the relevant authority confirms what applies to your property.

Each job is governed by its written quote and agreement, which set out:

• the work included and anything excluded;
• who prepares and lodges the approvals, and which external fees are yours;
• how long the quote is valid, and the deposit and payment terms;
• how changes to the scope are agreed in writing before they go ahead.

We prepare and lodge the relevant demolition application where the quote includes it, but approval decisions and timing rest with the council or certifier.

Nothing in these terms or in any quote excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees and other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Please don't use the website or its forms to:

• break any law or send false or misleading information;
• send spam, harmful files or anything that disrupts the website;
• copy the photos, videos or text for your own use without our permission.

The photos, videos and text on this website belong to Gabrael House Demolition unless shown otherwise.

We link to councils, government agencies and other sites for further information. We are not responsible for their content, which can change.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
